I am almost at the point of putting a brick through my computer - I have had a warning message from Blogger saying I need to migrate my google account to a newer version, but when I try to log in it does not recognise my username or password.....grrrrrrrrrr
Then I thought I would try posting to see if I still could. Took me ages to get to this bit, not sure if it will publish or not. I think I shall have to wait till we return from Cairns and have some more free time - or perhaps more patience!
I hope you are all having better luck. I will be back next weekend.

That bit got through alright Robin. Blogger is driving us all mad at present. Everything has changed and I'm just trying to do what I always do and hope it works. However, I have found that I am not in control of where my text goes and even using the alignment button seems to have little effect.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your time away and come home refreshed, then have another go! Good Luck!!
Robin, enjoy your time away and hopefully blogger will be in a better mood.
ReplyDeleteChanging to Wordpress is starting to look like a good option I think.
ReplyDeleteRobin, I also have had problems with blogger. I could not post a new post longer using Internet explorer. Now I have installed Google Chrome and everything works well with blogger on Google Chrome browser.
ReplyDeleteAh Robin Mac - join the club - I too have had such problems this week that I almost threw my computer out of the window at one stage.
ReplyDeleteI found posting a new post impossible using their new format, but then found that by clicking on the little cog and then on classic I could return to an older version which I have been using for years.
Hi Robin, and it may help others. I am using Firefox and I came to a reading page when trying to find the dashboard and there is an options button that has 'return to old version' which I did or should I persevere. i dont want google chrome. I am happy with firefox.
ReplyDeleteHi Robin, sorry to hear you have been bitten by the Blogger Bug too. I seem to have lost some of my blogroll. Otherwise, posting, etc has been okay. I'm using FF too, and the new format, so will keep my fingers crossed. Hope your trip is going well. Take care.
